Here is the current time table of classes at the Academy. We have parking for 8 cars and there is on street parking just outside the Academy. 

Also here you will find below our Academy Class and Training Rules. These keep the Academy in a positive Flow and all Students happy whilst training.

We commit to having every class being a great experience for all that attend and a progressive lesson for everyone on the ,mats.

RGA Vale Road Fundamentals Programme.

We follow a specifically designed Fundamentals Programme that progresses our students through the BJJ positions and Techniques. The Programme is taught on a rotation so you can join inat any time. It's a perfect way for a Beginner or experienced BJJ Student to home in on their skills and become proficient.

You do not need to be fit to start training, we will get you fit along the way and as you develop skills your body will adjust to it's newfound fitness level. You will be rewarded and Graded for your learning with us. We take notice of each and every student who trains. We hold main Gradings twice a year for our Students and they are included in the Membership. 


Academy Class and Training Rules.

Please do not Coach your Kids during Kids Class
Please wait for any kids class to finish before entering the Academy to train.
Please have a clean uniform and trimmed nails to be ready for training.
Please wash your uniform every time you use it.
Please use the changing rooms at all times to get changed.
Please show respect to your training partners and the coaches at all times.
Please wear the Academy uniform during training.
Please line up before and after every class that you attend.
Please do your best to turn up on time.
Please ask for permission to enter the mat if you are late.
No bad language on the mats..
